POWER Youth High School Internship

This summer WOCC is hosting two interns through Metro’s POWER Youth program. Our interns will:

  • explore their interests and concerns through the lens of their identities, lived and shared experiences,

  • leverage their research and design skills to amplify the mission of WOCC,

  • and deepen their understanding of the local landscape and its impact on the experiences of Black women and girls.

High School Interns make $15 per hour, work independently, and receive pre-program training and coaching. If you know any young women ages 16-18 attending an MNPS school who may be interested in working with us, have them get started in the portal and email erika@workplaybuild.org  once they get access.

Visit Metro’s website for more job seeker info.
