Aligning values, voice, and vision to build stronger communities.

WOCC partnered with Urban Housing Solutions to guide a holistic strategic planning process grounded in organizational culture and equity. Through 1:1 interviews, focus groups, and workshops with over 130 staff, residents, and partners, we developed a values framework, facilitated department-level goal setting, and supported a culturally conscious leadership transition. Our work helped UHS align internal practices with its mission and build a more connected, values-driven organization.
