WOCC partnered with March for Moms during a pivotal period of transition, facilitating a board retreat in Washington, D.C. and using tools like the Predictive Index to strengthen team dynamics. Through participatory planning and stakeholder engagement, we supported the refinement of their mission and developed a clear, strategic path forward to advance their advocacy efforts. Our work helped position the organization for greater cohesion and long-term impact.
