About Us
Conceptualized in 2015, Women of Color Collaborative is an intentional safe and restorative space for women of color to mitigate the impact of generational and societal trauma. The Collaborative is an incubator, providing culturally relevant and trauma-informed support for professionals across industries. And we're a community, a reprieve from daily microaggressions and systemic discrimination.

Identify as a woman of color

Enjoying sharing with and learning from other women of color
Comfortable working autonomously
Ability to manage projects independently
Innovative, creative, self-starter
Detail-oriented
Willingness to voice your opinion, even if it’s not the popular one :-)
Social media literate and proficient in various digital platforms/interfaces
Access to a reliable high quality cell phone and laptop
Reliable transportation
Your role on our team
Manage and curate WOCC social media accounts
Take photos/video at WOCC events
Manage special digital projects
Manage digital campaigns
Organize, download, and store all digital collateral
Create and manage opportunities for brand recognition and social media engagement
Assist in creating promotional videos
Able to commit roughly 20hrs/month from October 2020 to June 2021. This may Include some nights and weekends.
